Sole developer. Shipped to production in two months, owning the full stack from data model through user interface.

AI-assisted clinical note drafting and patient progress analysis behind a provider-agnostic layer, so the underlying model can be swapped without application changes.
Architected around HIPAA Security Rule practices: role-based access control, audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit, and least-privilege data handling.

Engineer working directly with the founding team on what the company shows the world.

Created the interactive product demo: data visualizations, a guided walkthrough of the research workflow, and selectable visual themes.
Turned research output into a validated dataset the demo reads, so every figure on screen traces back to the source.
Set up invite-only hosting with per-person access, an admin panel, and editable copy for non-technical teammates.
Made launch assets, including the logo and a demo video rendered in code with synthesized sound.

LLM inference research

Independent research on running large open-weight language models fast on consumer hardware.

Runs a 35-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts model at about 70 tokens per second on a laptop with an 8 GB GPU, up from 20 with stock llama.cpp when the project began.
Patched llama.cpp with expert caching, asynchronous loading, CPU–GPU overlap and speculative decoding, measuring each change on its own against a fixed quality gate.
Profiled kernel time, launch gaps and memory traffic to find where each millisecond goes.

A 7-level browser game I designed, coded, and deployed independently.
